Cerca del trazado de la nueva circunvalación del lago. Los tres sitios se subdividen de un predio de 12 ha (ROL 00351-00402 y 403), con acceso a electricidad soterrada y servidumbre de tránsito.Near the route of the lake's new ring road. The three lots are subdivided from a 12-ha property (ROL 00351-00402 and 403), with underground-power access and legal right-of-way.

El acceso, la electricidad soterrada, la servidumbre de tránsito y la subdivisión de los sitios se encuentran actualmente en trámite, y el camino está en etapa de construcción.
